Marketing Coordinator
Key Data is searching for a savvy SaaS marketing coordinator who can work directly with founders to develop and execute on Key Data’s content & inbound marketing strategies. Your expertise will help shape our messaging, brand voice, and our customer adoption roadmap. Key Data is quickly becoming the platform of business intelligence for the resort & vacation rental industry, enabling professional managers to visualize & compare data like never before.

We are looking to build our brand presence through dynamic and high-value content, while continuing to drive growth in our target markets. As part of our small team, you will be responsible for shaping Key Data’s content marketing efforts ranging from our company blog, infographics, social media, white papers, email and more.

You will work directly with our leadership team on our messaging, brand style, and marketing strategies that will generate inbound interest at all points along the sales funnel. We are looking for marketers who are quick to test and scale what’s working while turning off what’s not working. You should enjoy both the analytical and messaging/marketing side and understand how the two coincide. We require people with a strong sense of ownership, who are self-directed and able to accomplish projects independently.

To be considered, you have:

– Strong content marketing experience (designing, implementing, measuring) at a fast paced company (SaaS experience a huge plus)

– Excellent copy writing skills and the ability to articulate marketing messages clearly for decision makers

– Ability to create & refine new messaging to better attract different client personas

– Experience designing & running email marketing campaigns

– Experience developing site content with designers to help guide the visuals, content and overall display of content & messaging

– Experience managing all social media for a brand with an understanding of leveraging social media channels to rapidly develop new messaging & content

– Experience building & pushing white papers to decision makers & end users

Desirable skills include:

– Experience running social media and social media ad campaigns

– Experience using Mailchimp or similar service and running A/B campaigns

– Experience working closely with sales execs & leadership

– Experience working closely with graphic designers

– Data driven mindset

– A love for all things travel

Implementation Data Analyst

About the position:
The Implementation Data Analyst manages the activation of new clients and plays a vital role in customer support. This position will be a member of the Data and Analytics Team and will coordinate with the Partner Advocacy, Development, and Support Teams to ensure data integrity for new and existing partners.
In this position you will:

• Evaluate accounts and provide recommendations and documentation based on current state with goal of optimizing client success.
• Activate clients, troubleshoot, and work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal performance of integration and utilization.
• Use Excel and other tools for quality assurance of datasets.
• Work with the development team to establish integrations with Property Management Systems.
• Help to identify causes and potential solutions for customer support cases.

Qualifications:
Required
o Strong background in Excel (including VLookup, manipulating large data files, and pivot tables).
o Attention to detail and accuracy with data.
o Data handling and cleaning experience.
o Ability to work independently but also coordinate with multiple teams.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and tools
o Strong time-management and organizational skills.
o Some relevant work or internship experience.

Preferred
o Some understanding of SQL and programming.
o Bachelor’s degree.

Partner Advocate

The Partner Advocate / Revenue Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service and training for our international and European clients. You are a tour de force when it comes to managing executive-level relationships and driving overall account satisfaction, growth, and retention. You aren’t shy about calling, emailing or even occasionally meeting a client in person to build a long-term relationship. You will be expected to be a leading expert in friendly, fun, service and have an in-depth knowledge of hospitality revenue management.

Responsibilities
– Oversee 50-60 client partners, ensuring client adoption and success within the dashboard
– Work closely with Partner Advocacy team to ensure we are all hitting goals and deadlines for the client
– Create persuasive narratives using data to convince clients to increase their dashboard usage and frequency
– Communicate regularly with clients, building a strong partnership and understanding their needs as the partnership grows
– Be an industry expert, constantly learning about ways to improve our services and product offerings
– Represent the clients’ needs and goals to the internal team at Key Data Dashboard, work with the Product team to share client needs and implement product solutions. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partners’ expectations and new platform feature sets/reporting
– Be a creative problem solver – develop, test, and optimize new client retention strategies and new processes
– Provide weekly updates on client satisfaction, repeat business, and overall team goals
– Collaborate with other Key Data departments to ensure best-in-class project execution and high client retention rate
– Evangelize Key Data’s unique vision and product offering within the professional vacation rental community

Requirements
– Remote position (must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time zone)
– Must be a fluent speaker of English and Spanish (willing to take a Spanish fluency test)
– 2+ years experience working in vacation rental management or hotel/resort revenue management
– Obsessed with finding proactive ways to keep clients happy – attention to detail, time-sensitive attitude, creative problem solving, loves coming up with cool ideas
– “People person” – you enjoy talking, and truly building relationships with your clients
– Strong in-person and phone speaking skills – articulate and well-spoken
– You’re comfortable with change and evolution – you’re genuinely excited about helping grow a startup company
– Knowledge of Google Suite and CRM programs
